摘要
目的研究三种灭菌方法对腔镜器械的灭菌效果。方法采用生物监测法,对三种灭菌方法灭菌腔镜器械的效果进行对比研究。结果分别采用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器、过氧乙酸医用灭菌器和20 g/L碱性戊二醛灭菌剂浸泡法,对217例患者腔镜器械进行灭菌处理,均达到灭菌效果,灭菌合格率均为100%。在三种灭菌方法中,以过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术相对比较快速和使用安全。结论三种灭菌方法的灭菌效果均合格,但以过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌更快速和使用更安全。
Objective To study sterilization effect of cavity mirror instrument by three sterilization methods. Methods The biological monitoring method was used to study the effect of three sterilization methods of cavity mirrors. Results Hy-drogen peroxide medical low-temperature plasma sterilizer,peracetic acid sterilizer and 20 g/L alkaline glutaraldehyde soaking method were used respectively,and 217 cases of patients with cavity mirror device for sterilization processing were detected,which all achieved the sterilization effect,sterilization pass rate was 100%. In the three methods of sterilization, low-temperature plasma hydrogen peroxide sterilization was relatively rapid and safe use. Conclusion Three kinds of sterilization method are all qualified,and hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer sterilization is faster and more secure.
