江苏某市各级医疗机构消毒质量监测结果

Monitoring results of disinfection quality in various level hospitals in a city of Jiangsu province

目的了解某市各级医疗机构消毒质量现状。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对江苏省句容市辖区内各级医疗机构不同消毒对象进行抽样检测和评价。结果连续6年期间从该地区各级医疗机构采集不同消毒对象标本11 073份,平均合格率为92.9%。市级医院消毒质量合格率为97.6%,乡镇医院监测合格率为82.3%。各种监测对象中,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为96.3%。结论句容市各级医院的消毒质量合格率整体较好,但压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量值得重点关注。

Objective To understand the current situation of the disinfection quality of medical institutions at various lev-el . Methods Field sampling and bacterial quantitative detection were used to detect and evaluate the various type of disin-fecting object in different medical institutions in Jurong,Jiangsu province. Results 11 073 samples were collected in med-ical institutions at different levels in this district during 6 years,the average qualified rate was 92. 9 %,and the qualified rate in municipal and suburban hospitals were 97. 6% and 82. 3% respectively. The qualified rate of steam sterilizers was 96. 3% among all monitored objects. Conclusion The whole situation of qualified rate in hospitals at different levels is preferable,meanwhile,the sterilization quality of steam sterilizers should be pay more attention.
