舒尔特训练法对康复期女性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨舒尔特训练法对康复期女性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法将90例在新乡医学院第二附属医院住院治疗的女性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(药物治疗结合舒尔特训练)和对照组(药物治疗),每组45例。患者在训练前后以威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)进行效果评定。结果 2组患者治疗前WCST、WMS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练2个月后,研究组患者WCST测验中完成分类数及正确应答数较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),持续性错误数较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者WMS测验中的再认(短时)、图片(短时)、背数(瞬时)、记忆商均明显高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒尔特训练法安全性好,且能改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能,是一种新的康复模式。 Objective To explore the effect of schulte training method on cognitive function of convalescence female schizophrenia patients. Methods Ninety female schizophrenia patients who hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were enrolled this study and were randomly divided into research group ( drug therapy combined with schulte training ) and control group ( drug therapy ) , with 45 patients in each group. The Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST) and Wcchsler memory scale(WMS) were used before and after the training to evaluated the treatment effectiveness. Results There was no statistic difference of WCST and WMS scores before treatment between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Af- ter two months of training,the WCST test results showed that the complete classification number and correct response number increased significantly than those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the persistent error number decreased compared with before training in study group( P 〈 0.05 ) ;while there was no statistic difference compared with control group( P 〉 0.05 ). The WMS test results showed that recognition( short-term memory) , image( short-term memory), reciting number( instantaneous memory) and memory quotient were higher than before treatment and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Schuhe training method is a new rehabilitation modality and it can improve the cognition function of patients with schizophrenia.
