Study on the effect of amendment of patent law relating to genetic resources on daily chemical application

主要介绍了遗传资源在我国日用化学品专利申请中的实践,并对比专利法修改前后的不同要求,针对我国目前日用化学品专利申请领域的发展现状,提出了今后专利申请和立法等方面的建议。

This paper mainly introduced the practice of genetic resources of daily chemical applications in China. Different requirements before and after the amendment were also compared. In view of the current development status of the daily chemical applications, patent application and legislative suggestions for the future were put forward.
