摘要 比较了添加不同生物酶制剂以及添加聚合物助剂前后的含磷和无磷洗涤剂基础配方的去污性能。结果表明,加入酶制剂的洗涤剂配方对特定污渍的洗涤性能有显著提高,在一定范围内,洗涤剂的洗涤性能和酶的添加量呈正相关。此外蛋白酶和脂肪酶对特定污渍的去污力存在一定协同效用,同时生物酶和各种聚合物在洗涤剂配方中同时使用可有效弥补无磷洗涤剂的不足。 Detergency performance before and after adding enzymes and polymer additives into phosphorus and non-phosphorus detergent formulations were compared, respectively. Results showed that adding enzymes in detergent formulations could significantly improve the washing performance on specific stains. Moreover, in a certain range, there was positive correlation between adding amount of enzyme and the washing performance. In addition, protease and lipase had synergistic effect on the removal of specific stains. The combination of enzymes and polymers in detergent formulation could effectively make up for the disadvantages of non- phosphorus detergents.
