CuO-碱金属负载型催化剂对烟气脱硫性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高脱硫效率,以活性炭为载体,选用不同的金属硝酸盐作为浸渍液,采用等体积浸渍法制备双金属氧化物负载型催化剂。对AC、CuO/AC和CuO-碱金属/AC的脱硫活性进行了对比,并且研究了不同的焙烧温度、负载量以及焙烧时间对催化剂脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明,CuO/AC和CuO-碱金属/AC的脱硫活性明显高于AC;催化剂的脱硫率随着负载量和焙烧温度的增加呈现先增高后降低的趋势,而随着焙烧时间的增加却呈现逐渐降低的趋势;CuO/AC催化剂的最优负载量为9%、焙烧温度400℃和焙烧时间3h,CuO-碱金属/AC催化剂的最优负载量为6%、焙烧温度400℃和焙烧时间3h。 In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency,regarding activated carbon as the carrier,different metal nitrate is selected as impregnation liquid and the double metal oxide supporting catalyst is prepared by equivalent volume impregnation method. Cu O / AC and Cu O- alkali metal / AC desulfurization activity is compared and the effects of different calcination temperature,calcination time and metal loading on desulfurization performance are studied. Experimental results show that: ① Cu O / AC and Cu O- alkali metal / AC desulfurization activity is significantly higher than that of AC; ②desulfurization rate increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of calcination temperature and load capacity,while show a gradual decreasing trend with the increase of firing time; ③under conditions of temperature400℃,the optimum loading of Cu O / AC and Cu O- alkali metal / AC is 9% and 6% respectively in 3hs of calcination time.
