摘要
讨论设计和价值工程理论对地铁工程投资控制的意义和作用,重点介绍设计在南京部分线路中所采取的限额设计、土建规模及工法优化、提高国产化、减少拆迁、资源共享等投资控制措施,以及在这些措施作用下的工程投资控制结果。结果表明:在价值工程法的指导下,设计所采取的全面投资控制措施,在南京地铁工程总体投资控制中发挥了关键作用。
In this article, we discussed the significance and effects of design and value analysis methods used in metro projects. We mainly introduced a few investment control measures taken in 4 Nanjing metro projects, such as quota design, optimization of civil engineering scale and construction methods, increasing the percentage of localization, reducing demolition and improving sharing of resources, etc. The final investment control result shows that the overall investment control measures designed under the guidance of the value engineering method play a key role in the overall investment control of Nanjing metro projects.
