框架梁受力钢筋支座内节点构造设计及连接优化

摘要 传统框架梁受力钢筋在支座内采用90°弯钩弯锚节点构造设计,但须增加钢筋资源消耗。通过对现行的钢筋混凝土框架梁受力特性分析,以及现行工程设计标准提高后对框架梁受力工况的有利影响;还有建筑材料质量稳步提高对框架梁稳定可靠工作的有力保证等诸多对框架梁受力工况的有利因素。在保证框架结构安全的前提下,提出了框架梁受力钢筋支座内节点构造消耗的资源最少,得到建筑工程的框架梁受力钢筋支座内节点构造设计方案,实现框架结构最优化和建筑工程经济效益、社会效益最大化。 The reinforced bar of the frame beams are designed by 90° bending hook nodes within the support, but this traditional method will increase the steel consumption. According to analysis on the force of the existing reinforced concrete frame beam and the beneficial effects of the prevailing engineering design standards, the frame beams working conditions can be improved. In addition, materials quality has improved steadily which guarantees on stable and reliable operation of the frame beam. Under these favorable factors and insurance structural safety, a design scheme of the inner node of the frame beams has been presented, which has the best economic and social benefits. The present paper can provide the best optimization of the frame structures and economic and social benefits.
