兵团村镇银行可持续发展问题研究——以博乐国民村镇银行为例

Research on Sustainable Development of Corps Village Banks

利用新疆博乐国民村镇银行2013-2014年的月度数据,采用因子分析法对村镇银行的可持续发展进行实证分析,发现博乐国民村镇银行可持续发展能力不断提高,但存在规模扩大乏力,风险管理水平下降等问题,并提出：进一步提高经营效率,实现资金来源多样化,并建立有效的风险管理体系等建议。

Using national village Bank of Bole＇ s monthly data from 2013 to 2014 in Xinjiang, factor analysis method is taken to make empirical analysis of the sustainable development of village banks. Results find that the ability about sustainable development of Bole village Banks is continuously improving, but broadening scale and levels of risk management is poor. Then the paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the efficiency of management, realize the diversification of funding sources, and establish effective risk management system.
