摘要
广西是我国的农业大省,但是受到生产水平、运输能力等各种因素的影响,近年来陷入了农产品增产不增收的困境。而广西自治区内部分龙头企业的实践证明,走农产品电商化的道路,是促进广西农业提质增效的有效手段。但在广西推广农产品电商化还存在诸多困难和问题。要加快广西农业电商化发展,应以市场为导向加强基础设施建设,全面优化电商发展软环境,并加强农产品电商人才培养。本文从广西实际出发,分析广西农产品电商市场发展缓慢的原因,并结合成功案例的分析,提出相应的政策建议。
Guangxi is one of China' s major agricuhural provinces, but production levels, transport capacity and other factors get it into the situation which agriculture production is rising without revenue raising in recent years. Some leading enterprises in Guangxi province, taking the road of agricultural e-commerce have been promoted an effective mean to improve quality and efficiency of agriculture in Guangxi. But there are still many difficulties and problems in the development of agricultural products e-commerce in Guangxi. To quicken the development of Guangxi ' s agricultur- al business, we should strengthen infrastructure construction by market-oriented, comprehensive optimize soft envi- ronment for e-commerce development, and enhance agricultural products e-commerce personnel training. Based on Guangxi' s actual, this paper analyzes the reasons for slow development of agricultural e-commerce market, and puts forward policy recommendations based on case analysis.
