β受体阻滞剂在遗传性心律失常中的应用 被引量：13

摘要 遗传性心律失常是一大类呈常染色体单基因突变显性遗传的原发性心电紊乱疾病,主要包括遗传性长QT综合征（long QT syndrome,LQTS）、儿茶酚胺敏感性多形性室性心动过速（catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia,CPVT）、Brugada 综合征、短QT综合征等离子通道病.遗传性室性心律失常因具有较高的致死率而引起人们的高度重视.近年来,遗传性心律失常的基因型和表现型研究取得了很大进展,其治疗策略也发生了显著变化.
