产业升级的测量与评价——以黑龙江省为例

The Measurement and Evaluation of the Industry Upgrading of Heilongjiang Province

产业升级主要指产业结构的改良与产业效率的提高。通过产业结构的动态分析,可以知道产业结构升级的方向与程度,即了解产业结构的发展特征。目前,产业升级的测量有多种方法,从产业升级速率、方向角度,分别采用摩尔(Moore)结构变化值指标、产业升级变动指标、产业结构超前系数等测量方法来对黑龙江省产业升级进行测度并评价。

Industry upgrading mainly refers to the improvement of industrial structure and efficiency. Through dynamic analysis of industry structure, we can know the direction and extent of industrial structure upgrading, so as to understand the characteristics of the development of the industrial structure. Currently, there are a variety of industrial upgrading measuring methods, in this paper, from the perspective of industry upgrading rate and direction, the measuring methods of Moore measurement, industrial upgrading measurement, industrial structure leading coefficient are used re- spectively to measure and evaluate the industry upgrading of Heilongjiang Province.
