摘要
苯酞类化合物广泛存在于当归中,它们结构多样,通常以苯甲酸丁酯结构为基本骨架,进行生合成的加成和取代衍生而来。该类化合物普遍具有抗凝血、抗氧化和抗肿瘤等活性。本文对当归中苯酞类化合物的结构类型及药理作用进行了总结,为苯酞类化合物的进一步研究和利用提供了参考。
Phthalides, which was extensively existed in Angelica sinensis, was with abundant structural diversities. Based on the basic framework of butyl benzoate, a series of secondary metabolites were biosynthesized by addition and substitution reaction. Since phthalides had a variety of biological activities, such as anticoagulation, antioxidant and antineoplastic effect. This paper reviewed the chemical structures and biological activities of phthalides form Angelica sinensis in order to provide valuable references for further study and use of phthalides.
