According to the Ministry of Education standards for medical education reform in China,ensuring medical students＇ professional ability is the primary task of medical schools.Shantou University Medical College adhere to the spirit ＂ Be professional both technically and morally with love and dedication＂.Medical College of Shantou University builds and implements the ＂one direction,three aspects of unification,three fields of blending,combinations in four respects and three mechanisms＂ fullimmersion medical professional ability training system,which effectively enhance the medical students＇ professional knowledge and clinical skills,and improve the medical students both in medical skills and ethics.
