医学生基础医学课程与临床医学主干课程成绩相关性分析

Analysis on the academic record correlation between basic medical courses and clinical core courses for medical students

目的 分析临床医学专业专科教育中基础医学课程与临床医学主干课程成绩的相关性.方法 对张掖医学高等专科学校2011级临床医学专业专科学生的基础医学课程考试成绩与临床医学主干课程的考试成绩进行正态性检验（Kolmogorov-Smirnov法）及Pearson相关或Spearnan相关分析和偏相关分析.结果 基础医学课程与临床医学主干课程成绩之间呈显著正相关（P＜0.01）.结论 在临床医学专业专科教育中,加强基础医学课程教学是保证学生顺利完成临床医学专业课程学习的重要环节.

Objective To analyze the academic record correlation between basic medical courses and clinical core courses in junior college education of clinical medicine.Methods Using the methods of normality test（Kolmogorov-Smirnov test） and Pearson correlation analysis or Spearman correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis to analyze the academic records of basic medical courses and clinical core courses of clinical medicine students in Grade 2011,Zhangye Medical College.Results The academic records are positively correlated between basic medical courses and clinical core courses （P〈0.01）.Conclusions In the college education of clinical medicine,to strengthen the teaching of basic medical courses is to ensure that students successfully complete an important part of the clinical course of study.
