摘要
目的 探讨急危重症护理学课程教学过程中应当关注的知识和技能以外的护士职业素质目标体系.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取28名专家,运用文献回顾法和改良德尔菲法(Delphi Method)确定初步的护士职业素质目标,并以函件方式向专家征询意见.结果 提炼出基于急危重症护理学课程的护士职业素质目标,其中一级指标5个、二级指标15个、三级指标34个.结论 基于急危重症护理学课程的护士素质由职业道德、职业意识、职业安全、职业形象、职业体能组成,专家对该护士职业素质目标认可程度较高.以具体课程为载体的素质教育,以不增加学生负担为前提,具有较强的可操作性和可执行性.
Objective To investigate the quality objectives,which shall be paid attention to during the teaching of "Emergency Nursing" except the knowledge and skills.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select 28 experts,with joint use of literature review and the improved Delphi Method to carry out the research.Results The professional quality objectives were extracted based on the course "Emergency Nursing",including 5 first class indicators,15 second class indicators and 34 third class indicators.Conclusions Professional quality is the comprehensive quality showed during the work while the professional ethics,professional consciousness,occupational safety,professional image,professional force and skill,etc.The experts had a high recognition degree of the course objective and the strong coordination of opinions,indicating the reliable objective system.This study takes the specific course as the carrier while with the premise of not increasing the burden on students,which has strong operability and enforceability.
