护理学专业新生生命意义感现状调查与对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解大学一年级护理学专业新生的生命意义感现状.方法采用生命意义感量表,对湖北医药学院2013级护理学专业新生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析护理学专业新生的生命意义感现状.结果 护理学专业新生的生命意义感相应较高,平均得分为103.9分.在生命意义感各维度,生活目标和生活自主维度得分较高,而生命价值与生活态度维度得分较低.生命意义感在一些人口统计学变量上存在显著差异,健康组学生的生命意义感得分高于一般组和差组(P=0.000),来自农村的学生生命意义感得分也高于城市或城镇的学生(P=0.006),喜欢本专业的学生生命意义感得分高于不喜欢本专业的学生(P=0.001),差异均具有统计学意义.结论 护理学专业新生的生命意义感受到多种因素影响.医学院校应当建构医学生科学的生命价值观、培养医学生合理的死亡观、提高护理学专业新生的职业认同感. Objective To understand the present situation of meaning of life of nursing freshman.Methods The class of 2013 nursing freshman were measured by the scale of Purpose in Life test(PIL) to analyze the status of life meaning.Results The average score of the life meaning of nursing freshman was 103.89,accordingly higher,the life goal and life independent dimension scores were relatively high and the life value and the life attitude dimension scores were low.Meanwhile,the life mean in scores were higher in healthy students than in unhealthy students (P =0.000),higher in students from rural areas than from urban cities(P=0.006),higher in students liking their own majors than in students disliking their own majors (P =0.001).Conclusions The formations of nursing freshman' life meaning is influenced by a variety factors.Medical colleges and universities need to construct the medical students' scientific life values,cultivate medical students' reasonable view of death,and strengthen humanistic care education of nursing students.
