摘要
目的 评估口腔医学专业固定修复前期教学中,学生进行首次牙体预备训练的效果.方法 选择北京大学八年制口腔医学专业113名学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法,在学生初次实习牙体预备后,发放不记名调查问卷,问卷内容包括学生牙体预备前期准备、牙体预备过程自我评估、牙体预备过程教师指导评价、牙体预备后学生自我评价4个方面,调查结果采用Epidata 3.1进行数据录入,采用SPSS 20.0进行数据处理.结果 在牙体预备实习中,少部分学生存在口镜使用和体位调节不协调、不熟练的情况;牙体预备中邻面预备和边缘预备是学生认为的难点,部分学生对聚合度和倒凹去除的判断稍弱,绝大多数学生熟悉后牙铸造金属全冠牙体预备的基本知识.学生较低的自我认同感与学生较为良好的表现存在较大反差.结论 口腔医学专业固定修复的前期教学中,八年制学生牙体预备训练表现较好,后期教学中需要增加对学生的肯定和鼓励,启发学生对学科的兴趣.
Objective To assess effects of the preclinical initial practice of tooth preparation training during the fixed prosthodontics internship in eight-year program of oral medical students,and provide constructive suggestion for teaching improvements.Methods 113 eight-year program students of oral medicine in Peking University School of Stomatology were selected as object.Posterior tooth full cast crown questionnaire were delivered to them afer their first tooth preparation training.The data processing was managed with the application of Epidata 3.1 as well as SPSS 20.0.Results Proximal and marginal preparation were always the most challenging part during the very first practice for eight-year program dental students.Besides,taper degree and undercut area were likely to be neglected apart from skills.Still,students have a relatively stronger practical ability distinct from a lower self-identity.Conclusions The majority of students in eight-year program can be well familiar with the fundamental principles of tooth preparation of posterior tooth full cast metal crown.Whereas,that low self-identity contrasts to good performance of these students indicates that more inspiration and incentive needed to be added into the very first practice to clinical attempt during preclinical training.
