摘要
本文以四川卫生康复职业学院为例,介绍了学院从建立管理架构与运行机制、明确附属医院发展定位、强化学院学术引领、加强院校资源统筹等几个方面加强对附属医院管理的措施,并分析了高职院校对附属医院管理中存在的问题,以期为高职院校附属医院管理提供借鉴.
Base on Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation,this paper introduces the affiliated hospital＇ s management from several aspects：establish a management structure and operative mechanism,clear a development positioning,strengthen academic guidance,and make resource sharing between college and hospital,etc.It also analyzes the problems of management to provide new ideas for the development of affiliated hospital of higher vocational college.
