摘要
目的 探讨泌尿外科学专业硕±研究生以能力为导向的临床技能培训模式的实施效果.方法 选择青岛大学附属医院2009级、2010级泌尿外科学专业30名硕士研究生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各15名学生.实验组实施以能力为导向的临床技能培训模式,对照组实施传统培训模式.毕业前采取客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的方法对研究生进行考核.结果 与传统培训模式相比,接受以能力为导向的临床技能培训模式的研究生在病历评估、术前准备、手术操作及术后处理、临床思维四方面的考核成绩均有较大幅度提高.结论 泌尿外科学专业硕士研究生以能力为导向的临床技能培训模式对提高学生临床技能具有积极的作用.
Objective To explore the implementation of the ability oriented clinical skill training model for post-graduates majoring in urological surgery.Methods Thirty post-graduates majoring in urological surgery of Grade 2009 and 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,with 15 post-graduates in each group.One group of post-graduates was given traditional training model,while the other group was given the ability oriented clinical skill training model.Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) was used to evaluate their clinical skills before they graduated.Results Compared with traditional training model,the scores of post-graduates who received the ability oriented clinical skill training model were significantly higher in evaluation of medical record,preoperative preparation,operative procedure and postoperative dealing,and clinical thinking.Conclusions The ability oriented clinical skill training model is a good method for post-graduates majoring in urological surgery to improve their clinical skills.
