Investigation and analysis of the present situation of postgraduate entrance examination among different nursing majors

摘要 目的 了解不同类型护理学专业学生考研现状及相关影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对济宁医学院2010级两年制专升本护理学专业210名学生和2010级五年制护理学专业176名本科学生进行调查.结果 不同类型护理学专业学生的考研认知与行为的差异具有统计学意义,考研动机与择业目标的差异无统计学意义.无考研意向者,其放弃考研的原因的差异无统计学意义.结论 不同类型护理学专业学生的考研情况不尽相同,教育教学机构应当因材施教,对学生进行正确的引导,端正学生的考研动机,鼓励学生向高层次发展. Objective To study the situation and its related influencing factors of postgraduate entrance examination among different nursing majors.Methods 210 nursing students upgrading from junior college (2 years) and 176 undergraduates (5 years)from Jining Medical University were inquired using the self-designed questionnaire.Results There was statistically significant difference in cognition and behavior to take part in postgraduate entrance examination among different nursing majors,while there was no significant difference in motives and job selecting.There was no significant difference in the reasons why they give up postgraduate examination.Conclusions The present situation of postgraduate entrance examination was different among different nursing majors,so educational institution should treat students according to their aptitudes,give proper guidance,help them to correct their motivations,and encourage them to develop at higher levels.
