摘要
目的 为了提高医学生人文素质教育的实效性,调查医学生人文素质教育现状,分析其影响因素.方法 采取问卷调查方法,对泰山医学院2010级~2014级临床医学专业760名学生进行问卷调查,以了解其人文素质教育现状,对回收的709份有效问卷的结果进行卡方检验和多因素回归分析.结果 医学生对自身人文素质的满意度较低,对人文课程的设置总体满意度较高;不同性别、年级学生的满意度差异明显;年级是影响医学生人文素质教育认同的主要因素.结论 医学生人文素质教育要和临床实践结合,应当贯穿于医学生整个职业生涯,注重院校合作,调整课程时间,优化课程内容,创新教学方式.
Objective To improve effectiveness of medical humanistic education,investigate medical students' attitudes toward humanistic education,analyze curriculum,teaching methods and influencing factors of medical humanistic education.Methods With stratified sampling method,a questionnaire was distributed to 760 medical students on 5-year clinical program grade 2010-2014 of Taishan Medical College and 709 of them were effective.The results were tested with chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results Most students were satisfied with their humanistic curriculum but not with humanistic quality,they thought humanistic curriculum should extend to whole career;there was marked difference between gender and grade on satisfaction;grade is the key factor that influences satisfaction.Conclusions It is necessary for the university to integrate humanistic education with clinical practice,cooperate with hospital,adjust course content and class schedule,keep on innovating education model.
