肺功能与呼出气一氧化氮相关性在不典型哮喘诊断中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评估肺功能与呼出气一氧化氮相关性在不典型哮喘诊断中的应用研究。方法对2013年10月~2014年12月我院呼吸科门诊及住院的慢性咳嗽、胸闷的100例患者进行肺功能及呼出气一氧化氮测定,进行结果比对。结果 64例患者确诊为不典型哮喘,其中支气管舒张试验及支气管激发试验阳性组,Fe NO值明显高于其他疾病,支气管舒张试验及支气管激发试验阳性组Fe NO≥25ppb所占比例高,支气管舒张试验及支气管激发试验阴性组,Fe NO〈25ppb所占比例高,二者在哮喘诊断中高度关联,不同肺功能严重度Fe NO与肺功能无相关性。结论不典型哮喘患者中,Fe NO与肺功能存在相关性,Fe NO与肺功能严重度无明显关联。 Objective Application of air nitric oxide correlation in atypical diagnosis and evaluation of pulmonary Function call. Methods 2013 october~ 2014 year in December my courtyard outpatient department of respiration hospital and 100 cases of chronic cough, chest distress patients for lung function and exhaled nitric oxide measurement, compare th results. Results 64 patients were diagnosed as atypical asthma, including bronchodilation test positive group, exhalednitvic oxide were significantly higher than that of otherdiseases patients with asthma bronchial dilation test and bronchial provocation test positeive group Fe NO is greater than or equal to 25 ppb the proportion of high, bronchodilation test and bronchial provocation test negative group, Fe NO less than25 ppb had high proportion, Two in the diagnosis of asthma in highly correlated, differentt pulmonary function severity Fe NOin pulmonary function and no correlation. Conclusion ypical asthma patients, Fe NO is associaed with pulmonary function, Fe NO and pulmonary function severity had no obvious correlation.
