经阴道超声对子宫内膜容受性综合评价的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究阴道超声检测子宫内膜波状运动、内膜厚度及血流分布情况,探讨其在子宫内膜容受性中的价值。方法选取我院妇产科收治的88例不孕患者作为研究对象,按照是否妊娠分为妊娠组(28例)和非妊娠组(60例);注射绒毛膜促性腺激素,日行阴道超声检查,观测子宫内膜形态学分类、内膜厚度、内膜波状运动及内膜下血流分布情况。结果两组患者在子宫内膜形态类型、内膜厚度、内膜波状运动及内膜下血流分布情况进行比较(P<0.05),有显著统计学意义;妊娠组子宫内膜负向运动及内膜波状运动频率均低于非妊娠组,组间数据对比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射绒毛膜促性腺激素,日行阴道超声检查,观察子宫内膜波状运动、内膜厚度、内膜血流分布对宫内膜容受性评价有十分重要的意义,且妊娠结局有一定的预见性。 Objective Research vaginal ultrasound detecting endometrial morphology types, lining thickness, wave motion and the lining of the blood flow distribution of blood flow to explore its value in the receptivity of endometrium. Methods Selection treated 88 cases of infertility patients obstetrics and gynecology hospital as the research object, according to whether the pregnancy is divided into pregnancy group and non pregnancy, pregnancy group 28 cases, the pregnancy group 60; Injections of human chorionic gonadotropin, day line vaginal ultrasound examination, observation of endometrial morphology classification, lining thickness, lining and endometrial blood flow distribution under the wave movement. Results Two groups of patients in endometrial morphology types, lining thickness, lining wave motion and endometrial blood flow distribution under the comparison(P〈0.05), there was a significant statistical significance; Endometrial negative pregnancy group and lining wave motion frequency is below the pregnancy group, contrast between the data set has significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions Injections of human chorionic gonadotropin, day line vaginal ultrasound examination, to observe the endometrium wave motion, lining thickness, the lining of the blood flow distribution of intrauterine membrane evaluation is of great significance to the receptive, and pregnancy outcome has a certain predictability.
