山楂内消分散片中药材提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Process of Herbs in Shanzha Neixiao Dispersible Tablets by Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的优选山楂内消分散片中药材的最佳提取工艺。方法以正交试验法为核心,结合提取液中熊果酸的总含量以及总固体得率对优选山楂内消分散片中药材的提取工艺进行评判。结果较为理想的药材提取工艺:加水9倍,并先后2次提取,1 h/次。结论优选山楂内消分散片中药材的提取工艺各活性部位具有较高提取率,且利于操作,方便生产。 Objective The technology of optimal extraction for shanzha neixiao dispersible tablets is investigated in this studyMethods Orthogonal experiment method was employedfor selecting the optimum of extraction technology by colligation score and the indexes of the contents of ursolic acid and total solid matters in water extraction. Results Nine volumes of water, extracting 2 times with one hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction technology of herbs.Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.
