帕罗西汀治疗强迫症患者的疗效观察

目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗强迫症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月至2013年8月收治的符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)强迫症诊断标准患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为A组和B两组,各50例。A组患者常规应用帕罗西汀治疗,B组患者应用盐酸氯米帕明治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗8周的Yale-Brow强迫量表评分均明显低于治疗前、治疗后4周,呈时间依赖性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);A组患者的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于B组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于B组的28.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对强迫症患者采用帕罗西汀治疗,效果明显,不良反应发生率低,同时还具有用药方便、剂量小等特点。

Objective Objective to explore the clinical efficacy of treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder Pa Rossi Dean.Methods Selected in our hospital from August 2011 to 2013 August,with mental disorders in China Classification and diagnostic criteria of the 3rd Edition（CCMD-3）diagnostic criteria for OCD patients with 100 cases, divided into two groups （group A and B according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.A group of patients with routine application of Pa Rossi Dean therapy,B group were treated with clomipramine hydro- chloride treatment.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results 8 weeks of Yale-Brow Compulsive Scale score were significantly lower than those before treatment,after treatment of 4 weeks,a time dependent manner,differences were statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）;patients in group a total efficiency was 96.0% and was significantly higher than that in group B （80.0%）,the difference is statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）in the treatment of patients in the two groups.The adverse reactions of patients in group A were occurrence rate was 10.0%, significantly lower than group B（28.0%）,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the clinical manifestations of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients with antidepressant paroxetine in the treatment,the effect is obvious,the low incidence of adverse reactions.At the same time,also has convenient usage,smal dosage.
