腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围术期护理

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients Perioperative Nursing

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围术期护理对策。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2014年12月收治的89例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，总结与分析患者的围术期护理对策。结果89例患者中，无死亡病例，术后2～5 d拔管，平均拔管时间为（3.4±0.9）d；其中8例（9.0%）中转开腹完成手术，5例（5.6%）患者发生并发症。结论对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施积极有效的护理措施，可确保患者手术的顺利进行，促进疾病早日康复。

Objective To probe into and analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing counte- rmeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital since December 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed the clinical data of 89 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.Summary and analysis of this group of patients with perioperative nursing countermeasures.Results 89 cases of patients,no deaths,2~5 d after extubation,mean extubation time was（3.4±0.9）d;8 cases（9.0%）to complete the conversion to open surgery,5 cases（5.6%）patients complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for proactive and effective patient care measures,to ensure the smooth operation of the patient, promote disease recovery.
