摘要
巨型框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系由于其良好的力学性能、建筑布局及经济效益,越来越多地应用于超高层建筑结构。在这种体系下,通常采用内筒结构领先外筒结构的施工组织方式,形成内外筒不等高同步攀升施工的工况。如何合理地规划不等高攀升的节奏,是内外筒结构施工进度控制的关键。依托天津高银117大厦项目施工实际,研究内外筒不等高同步攀升施工条件下均衡节奏的计划管理技术。
Because of the good mechanical property, architectural composition and economic benefit, structure system of mega frame + reinforced concrete core-tube is more widely used in Super high-rise building. For the super high-rise building with the structure system above, construction of internal- concrete-tube always keeps ahead of that of external-frame-tube, which forms the construction condition of unequal height synchronous construction. So, 'how to plan the rhythm of unequal height synchronous rising is the key control factor for the construction schedule of the inner and outer tube. Based on the construction of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building, the management plan of balanced rhythm under unequal height synchronous rising of the inner and outer tube is researched.
