摘要
天津现代城(二期)A地块B区项目为超高层核心筒-框架钢结构,酒店区各轴线之间的钢柱支撑于分岔的人字形组合柱上,该人字形组合柱板厚大、腔体多、焊缝纵横交错,受力及变形均非常复杂,同时又是支撑整个上部结构的关键,因此,该人字柱的加工质量、制作精度尤为重要。介绍了人字形组合柱的加工制作工艺,并从下料、组装、焊接等工序进行了详细的阐述。
Tianjin Xiandai City (Phase II) lot A area B project is a super high-rise building using core tube-steel frame structure. The steel columns between each axis of the hotel zone are supported by the herringbone columns. The herringbone columns are multi-cavity and use thick plates, whose stress features and deformation are very complex. As the key parts of the whole building, the quality and accuracy of the herringbone columns are especially important. This paper elaborates the columns' fabrication process from blanking, assembly and welding etc.
