青岛世园会植物馆C馆施工模拟与可靠性分析

摘要 2014青岛世园会植物馆C馆为复杂异形网架结构,通过方案比选确定采用地面散装、局部用起重机起吊、提升至标高进行对接的施工方案。场馆施工难度大、施工测量、对接误差等难以控制。为保证施工的安全性、保证工期,对结构进行施工模拟和可靠性分析是非常必要的。结合优选的施工方案,通过施工过程模拟分析了每个施工步情况下结构的受力和变形情况;确定了对应施工步的最大受力、最大变形的大小和位置;运用概率设计方法,以施工偏差和杆件面积2种情况作为变量输入,对结构的可靠性进行了分析。 2014 Qingdao International scheme selection, the construction of Horticultural Plant Hall-C is a complex shaped grid structure. By assembling on site, locally hoisting by cranes, lifting to elevation and connecting was used. The construction for stadium is difficult, and construction survey and connection errors are difficult to control. To ensure the safety of construction and guarantee period, the construction simulation and reliability analysis of the structure are necessary. In this paper, the construction process simulations of stress and deformation analysis of each case construction step are done and the maximum force corresponding to the construction stage, the maximum deformation and location are assured. Finally, taking construction deviation and area of member bar as input variables in both cases using probabilistic design methods, the reliability of the grid structure is analyzed.
