摘要
深圳平安金融中心塔楼施工,4台重型动臂式塔式起重机均外挂布置于核心筒外侧并实现自爬升。重点介绍了外挂式塔式起重机支承系统的结构及构造设计思路,评估了支承系统与核心筒之间的优化布置。分析了塔式起重机与支承系统之间的相互作用,总结出影响塔式起重机支承系统荷载工况的3个主要因素:塔式起重机爬升高度、工作状态、塔臂方位。
Four heavy jib tower cranes hung on the outside of core wall, which can climb on the support frame set on the outside of core wall, are used in Ping' an IFC project. This paper mainly focuses on the design idea of the support system of externally hung tower crane and assesses the optimal layout between the support system and the core barrel. The interaction between the crane and the supporting systems were analyzed, three main factors which may affect the load case of support system are concluded, including the climbing height of tower cranes, work situation and tower arm position.
