摘要 研究了动态预硫化工艺温度对氯丁橡胶(CR)和氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)共硫化特性、物理性能和交联密度的影响。结果表明,随着动态预硫化温度的升高,共混胶的正硫化时间(tc90)先减少后增加,焦烧时间(tc10)、拉伸强度和交联密度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率逐渐减小。共混胶中CR相对应的玻璃化温度向高温方向移动,对应共混胶中的交联键分布向CM相偏移。动态预硫化工艺可明显改善CR/CM共混胶的共硫化性能和物理性能,且预硫化温度在110~120℃时,共硫化性能最佳。 The effects of the dynamic pre-curing process temperature on the co-curing characteristics,physical properties and crosslink density of CR and CM blends were studied.The results showed that with dynamic pre-curing temperature increasing,the tc90 first increased then decreased,scorch time,tensile strength and crosslink density first decreased then increased,elongation at break decreased gradually.The glass transition temperature of CR phase in blend moved to a higher temperature,the blends crosslinking bond distribution moved to the CM phase.Dynamic pre-vulcanization process could significantly improve co-curing characteristics and physical properties of CR and CM blends,and when the pre-curing temperature was at 110--120℃,the co-vulcanization performance was best.
