摘要 通过气体介质阀门泄漏声发射实验系统采集不同工况下的阀门内漏声发射信号,研究阀门内漏过程所产生的声发射信号各特征参数之间的关系。通过分析得到声发射信号均方根电压与阀门内漏气体体积泄漏率之间的函数关系,为声发射技术估算泄漏率提供依据。并通过小波包变换方法得出经小波分解后的阀门内漏所产生的声发射信号频率范围多集中在15.625~62.500k Hz之间,该区间能量约占总能量的70%的结论。 Making use of the gas valve leakage acoustic emission( AE) experimental system to collect the leakage's AE signals at different working conditions was implemented to investigate the relation among the AE parameters generated by inner leakage of the valve. Having the function relation between the AE signal's rootmean-square voltage and gas leakage rate analyzed to offer the basis for estimating the gas leakage rate through the AE detection. The AE signal frequency of valve's inner leakage realized through wavelet packet transformation mainly stays between 15. 625 and 62. 500 k Hz,which amounts to 70 percent of the whole energy generated in this area.
