摘要
基于具有中间换热器结构的变容量双级压缩实验台,研究了级间喷射膨胀阀开度对双级压缩性能的影响。实验结果显示:随喷射回路膨胀阀开度的增大,中间压力先显著增大后缓慢上升,导致低压机排气温度先显著上升后保持不变,高压机排气温度先缓慢下降后显著降低,系统制热量和制热COP均先上升后轻微下降。
Based on a variable capacity two-stage heat pump test rig with an internal heat exchanger as the intermediate structure,the experiment on the influence of the opening of the interstage electronic expansion valve( EEV) on the system performance was performed. Results show that,with the increase of the interstage EEV's opening,the interstage pressure can increase significantly and then rises slowly to make the discharge temperature of the low-stage compressor ascend significantly and then keep constant as well as that of the highstage compressor declines slowly and then drops fast,and both the heating capacity and heating COP increases and then drops slightly.
