摘要
单螺杆式水力机械中螺杆-衬套副的滑动速度是影响其磨损程度和使用寿命的重要因素之一。在分析线型设计方法和运动规律的基础上,针对短幅内摆线型螺杆-衬套副推导出螺杆-衬套副螺杆齿凸接触点和齿凹接触点的相对滑动速度公式并进行应用,得出螺杆-衬套副滑动速度的变化规律,为单螺杆式水力机械的磨损、寿命研究和优化设计提供理论基础。
The screw-liner pair's sliding speed of single screw hydraulic machinery is one of the factors influencing both wear degree and service life. Basing on analyzing the linear design method and the motion law,the relative sliding speed formula of the screw tooth's convex and concave contact points was deduced to obtain the change rule of the screw-liner pair's sliding speed so as to provide the theoretical basis for the study on both wear degree and service life and the optimization design of the single screw hydraulic machinery.
