基于场协同理论的波纹管强化换热的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用Fluent软件对5种结构的波纹管内的传热与流动进行了数值模拟,并与相同当量直径的圆管进行了对比,结果表明,波纹管周期对Nu数的影响较大,且周期与幅值比S/a为8.17时,波纹管换热效果最好。基于场协同理论分析了波纹管的局部换热效果,研究表明,波纹管波峰处可获得较好的场协同性,换热效果最好,波谷处协同作用最差。 Through making use of Fluent software,both heat transfer and flow in corrugated tube with five different structure parameters were simulated and compared to show that the corrugated tube's cycle influences the Nu number much and the corrugated tube has the highest heat transfer effect when the cycle-amplitude ratio S / a stays at 8. 17. Having field synergy theory based to analyze local heat transfer effect of the corrugated tubes shows that the better field synergy can be only found at the crests of the corrugated tubes along with the optimum heat transfer effect there.
