摘要
制备了壳聚糖聚合氯化铁(CTS-PFS)复合高分子絮凝剂,将其用于模拟印染废水的脱色研究,结果表明该复合絮凝剂的絮凝效果比CTS和PFS好。处理模拟印染废水的最佳条件为:p H值为5,CTS-PFS投加量为150mg/L,絮凝时间为25min,絮凝温度为30℃。在最佳条件下,脱色率可以达到91.7%。
A kind of composite flocculant( CTS-PFS) was prepared by chitosan and polyferric chloride to study the decolorization of simulated dyeing wastewater. The results showed that the flocculation effect of the composite flocculant was better than CTS and PFS. The optimum conditions of simulated dyeing wastewater treatment were as follows:the pH value was 5,the dosing quantity of CTS-PFS was 150mg/L,flocculation time was 25min,the floccu-lation temperature was 30℃. Under the optimal conditions,the decolorization rate can achieve 91. 7%.
