摘要
对国产异戊橡胶IR 60、IR 80门尼粘度标准物质定值的样品,根据JJF 1059.1-2012分析其测量不确定度的来源并进行评定。分析异戊橡胶IR 60、IR 80不确定度的分量组成分别为样品的均匀性和稳定性、样品测量的重复性、门尼粘度计仪器的工作温度和转子的转速。IR 60、IR 80门尼粘度标准物质的定值的不确定度分别为1.1和1.4。
According to JJF 1059. 1-2012,determined that the instrument temperature and speed,the repeat-ability of measurement results,uniformity and stability of sample were sources of constant value uncertainty of do-mestic IR 60、IR 80 Mooney viscosity certified reference material,and evaluated them. Finally,the results showed that the constant value uncertainty of IR 60、IR 80 were 1. 1 and 1. 4.
