摘要
采用了表面活性剂-模板法、柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法及共沉淀法三种制备方法在其余条件相同的情况下制备了一系列催化剂,并采用XRD、H2TPR、CO2TPD、BET等表征手段对它们进行了表征,并对三种催化剂进行了CO2加氢活性评价,结果表明利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂具有更高的铜分散度,且在活性评价中具有更高的CO2转化率及较高的甲醇选择性。
Three synthetic methods have been used to make a serious catalysts. They are,respectively,surfac-tant-templated method,citric acid sol-gel methods and precipitation method. The structures of the catalysts have been carefully characterized by XRD,H2 TPR,CO2 TPD,BET techniques. The catalysts have been tested in a fixed-bed reactor. It has been proved that the catalyst made by citric acid sol-gel methods had higher copper dispersion. And it had a higher CO2 conversion and methanol selectivity in the active evaluation.
