摘要
按NCⅡ交配设计,以4个强雌系与6个常规自交系配24个组合,在春、秋两季,分析10个亲本及24个组合主蔓前35节雌花率,运用加性-显性与环境互作的遗传模型,估算各遗传参数效应值。结果表明:苦瓜强雌性遗传以加性效应为主,同时存在等位基因间互作效应,基因型与环境间存在互作效应;各遗传方差分量的比率由高到低依次为加性(48.63%)、显性与环境互作(21.73%)、显性(17.64%)、加性与环境互作(1.81%)。
According to NC II mating design, 4 Subgynoecious lines were mated with 6 normal inbred lines and 24 combinations were obtained. In spring and autumn season, the female flower proportion of 35 sections in main vine, in 10 parents and 24 combinations were analyzed. Using additive-dominant genetic model, genetic parameters were estimated. The results showed that bitter strong female genetic was mainly controlled by additive effects, and there existed the interaction effect between alleles, between genotype and environment. The ratio of genetic variance components were in sequence of additive (48.63%) 〉dominant × environment interaction (21.73%) 〉 dominant (17.64%) additive × environment interaction (1.81%).
