杀虫植物鱼藤根色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:2

Chemical chromatography fingerprints of insecticidal plant Derris root

摘要 为构建杀虫植物鱼藤根及其产品的质量标准和控制体系及建立鱼藤根的高效指纹图谱,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对鱼藤根的主要特征成分进行定性分析,研究丰顺鱼藤根中染料木素(4′,5,7-三羟基异黄酮)、鱼藤酮、反查尔酮、灰毛素、脱氢灰毛素等5种化学成分的变化规律。结果表明:当λ为240nm时色谱图中的峰为34个;而当λ为254nm时,色谱图中的峰为37个。该研究为建立杀虫植物鱼藤根原产地识别技术体系及鱼藤酮产品的质量技术标准,对植物源农药的登记及质量体系、产品标准的建立具有重要的指导和现实意义。 Fingerprint spectrum is the most effective means recognized internationally in quality control of the natural drug products.Genus Derris plant root has the advantages of high insecticidal activity and wide range of insecticidal spectrum,and is used as a classic insecticidal plant.But there are large differences among Derris plant root of different batches,which were inseparable from the source areas,and the quality standards and control system for Derris root and the relevant product are absent.Fingerprint spectrum in traditional Chinese medicine and quality control technology are used as reference for the extraction and separation of the main ingredients of the Derris root.high efficiency liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to conduct qualitative analysis on the main characteristics of the ingredients of Derris root.Derris root components was extracted,separated,and HPLC and other major characteristic components were used in qualitative analysis of Derris root.Through analysis Derris elliptica variety Guangdong fengshun root,there were five active substance such as genistein(4′,5,7-genistein),rotenone,anti-chalcone,tephrosin and dehydrogenation tephrosin.The recognition system of source area of Derris root as a kind of insecticidal plant Derris and the quality and technical standard of rotenone products could be formulated through research in this project,which was of great guiding and practical significance for the registration of the botanical pesticides and the establishment of quality systems and product standards.
