摘要 目的探讨教育游戏软件在大学生溺水现场急救培训中的应用效果。方法开发溺水现场急救教育游戏软件,选取某信息工程学院及商学院没有接受过溺水现场急救培训的学生76名,分为试验组及对照组,试验组在对照组教学基础上应用教育游戏软件进行溺水现场急救培训。结果试验组学生考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);两组溺水急救技能正确完成情况中,试验组学生在呼救、胸外按压部位、开放气道手法、松鼻与捏鼻、人工呼吸吹气时间等操作步骤的正确完成率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生有71.4%的学生喜欢教育游戏软件的培训方式。结论在溺水现场急救培训中应用教育游戏软件可使大学生有效掌握溺水急救技术,提高知识与技能水平,适合推广。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of educational game software in the drowning first aid training for college students. Methods The drowning first aid educational game software was developed. Seventy-six college students in the school of information engineering and commercial. were recruited in this study. The students were divided into two groups and the drowning first aid educational game software was applied in the experimental group. Results The students' performance in theory and skill test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The accuracy rates in the step of calling for help,chest compressions site,open the airway technique,pine nose and pinch the nose,artificial respiration blowing time in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). 71.4% of the students in the experimental group preferred the educational game software. Conclusion The educational game software can help students master the skills and knowledge in the first aid of drowning patients,which can be generalized in the future.
