摘要
目的探讨护理带教教师人格特征对职业倦怠的影响。方法对随机抽取的87名护理带教教师分别采用职业倦怠量表和大五人格量表进行问卷调查。结果护理带教教师大五人格特征中神经质得分为(34.78±7.11)分。职业倦怠总分为(53.21±11.90)分。多元回归显示,人格特征中的开放性对职业倦怠中的情感耗竭呈负向影响;神经质对个人成就感及去个性化分别呈负向影响和正向影响(P<0.05)。结论大五人格可以预测护理带教教师的职业倦怠水平,应根据其不同人格从各个方面采取措施以降低其职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the relationship between job burnout and big five personality of nurse teachers. Methods Eighty-seven nurse teachers were investigated using Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS) and the Big Five. Results The neuroticism score of nurse teachers was(34.78 ±7.11). The burnout score was(53.21±11.90). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that openness could negatively predict emotional exhaustion while neuroticism could predict personal accomplishment and depersonality. Conclusion Nurse teacher's job burnout can be predicted by big five personality. It is suggested to take various measures to reduce nurse teachers' burnout according to their personality characteristics.
