昭通市售天麻的质量评价

Evaluation of Quality of Commercial Gastrodia elata in Zhaotong City

目的:以《中华人民共和国药典》2010版为依据,通过实验数据评价昭通市售天麻质量。方法:按照《中华人民共和国药典》天麻项下要求,对样本进行水分、总灰分、浸出物、天麻素含量、二氧化硫残留测定,并进行综合分析。结果:47批天麻中,去除浸出物一项,符合《中华人民共和国药典》要求的达29批次。结论:昭通天麻市场良莠不齐,需强化管理。

Objective： To evaluate the commercial Gastrodia elata in Zhaotong. Methods： The methods in Chinese pharmacopoeia were applied to measure the moisture, total ash, residue of sulfur, extract, gastrodin content, and the data were comprehensively analysed. Results： Except the extract, 29 batches of the samples met the requirments of Chinese pharmacopoeia in total 47 batch of G. data. Conclusion： The quality of commercial G. clara in Zhaotong market is uneven, market supervision should be strengthened.
