缺氧诱导因子-1在帕金森病发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是主要的氧平衡调节因子之一,其降解和转录活性受多种因素调控,HIF-1活性改变和其下游基因的表达异常在多种神经疾病中具有重要作用。帕金森病(PD)病因尚不完全明确,多数研究认为基因和环境因素相互作用共同促进了PD的发病。氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、铁稳态失衡等参与了PD的发生发展,最近研究发现,HIF-1在细胞自噬、应激、小胶质细胞激活、能量代谢、神经保护及疾病治疗等方面发挥重要作用,而这些作用于PD关系密切。
