地塞米松联合解毒清肝汤治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with detoxification Qinggan decoction in the treatment of herpes simplex virus facial neuritis

目的 探讨地塞米松联合解毒清肝汤治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响.方法 选择2010年1月-2014年6月在我院就诊的106例疱疹病毒性面神经炎患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各53例.对照组：接受疱疹病毒性面神经炎的常规治疗,同时静脉滴注地塞米松.观察组：在对照组治疗方式的基础上加用解毒清肝汤治疗.结果 观察组总有效率为100.0％,对照组总有效率为88.7％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者止痛时间为（3.2±1.5）d、止疱时间为（2.0±1.3）d、结痂时间为（4.3±1.6）d,对照组患者止痛时间为（5.0±1.9）d、止疱时间为（3.0±1.7）d、结痂时间为（6.2±2.0）d,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗后,两组患者的面神经功能均有所改善,但是观察组患者的改善程度更加显著,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 地塞米松联合解毒清肝汤治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎疗效显著,能够加快患者症状体征的改善,促进面神经功能的恢复.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with detoxification Qinggan decoction in the treatment of herpes simplex virus facial neuritis and intervention of nerve function.Methods 106 cases of patients with herpes simplex virus facial neuritis were collected as the study object between Jan 2010-Jun 2014 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and research group,53 cases in each.The control group was received routine treatment：herpes viral facial neuritis,and intravenous injection of dexamethasone.The observation group was received conventional treatment with detoxification Qinggan decoction.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 100% and of the control group was 88.7% with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Analgesic time of observation group was （3.2 ± 1.5） d,herpes stopping time was （2 ± 1.3） d,scabby time was （4.3 ± 1.6） d.Analgesic time of the control group was （5 ± 1.9） d,herpes stopping time was （3 ± 1.7） d,scabby time was （6.2 ± 2） d,There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,two groups of facial nerve function was improved,but the degree of improvement in observation group was more remarkable comparing the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Dexamethasone combined with detoxification Qinggan decoction in the treatment of herpes simplex virus facial neuritis was effective and could accelerate the improvement of symptoms and signs of the patients,promote the recovery of facial nerve function.
