抑郁症状是癌症患者最常见的并发症之一，它严重影响患者的治疗和疾病的康复，影响患者的生活质量。作者综述了抑郁的发病机理、临床表现、与癌症相关抑郁状态的相关因素、诊断标准及治疗与护理对策，强调在护理工作中合理有效地控制抑郁是癌症治疗的重要组成部分。

Depression was the most common complication of cancer patients. It seriously impacted the patients＆#39; treatment and rehabilitation of disease, affected the quality of life of the patients. The author reviewed the pathogenesis of depression, clinical manifestation, the state of the depression associated with cancer related factors, diagnostic criteria and treatment and nursing countermeasures, emphasized in nursing work reasonably and effectively control depression was an important part of cancer treatment.
