The effect of management intervention on negative emotion of operating room nurse

摘要 目的:探讨护士长管理干预对手术室护士工作负性情绪的影响。方法将手术室护士38名随机均分成两组,其中研究组行护士长管理干预,对照组仅行常规管理。对比两组护士的焦虑干预总有效率,采用SAS和SDS评分,Venham临床焦虑及合作行为级别评定量表评价护士负性情绪变化。结果两组比较,研究组患者的总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的78.9%( P〈0.05);SAS、SDS和Venham评分改变亦均优于对照组( P〈0.05)。结论护士长管理干预能有效缓解手术室护士的工作负性情绪,增强护士的满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of the head nurse management intervention on negative emotion of operation room nurses. Methods A total of 38 operation room nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups, in which the research group of nurse management intervention, the control group only received routine written materials guide. Nurses anxiety intervention total efficiency, using SAS and SDS score, Venham clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior rating scale of two groups were compared. Results In the study group, the total effective rate (94. 7%) was higher than that of control group78. 9% ( P〈0. 05);SAS, SDS and Venham were also better than those of the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions The head nurse management intervention can effectively relieve the work of nurses in operation room of negative emotion, enhance nurses' satisfaction.
