摘要
目的:探讨同伴教育在护理人员消防知识培训中的应用效果。方法随机选取120名护理人员按字母表分为实验组和对照组各60名。两组均接受消防知识和操作技能的培训,培训后根据培训内容和宣传资料实验组采取同伴教育方法学习,而对照组进行自我学习。分别于培训前后进行消防知识调查和操作考核。结果培训后实验组理论知识及操作考核得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.01)。结论对护理人员进行消防知识和操作技能培训时采取同伴教育,可提高其对消防知识的掌握和技能的应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of peer education n fire control knowledge and skills training of the nursing staff. Methods A total of 120 nursing staff were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the alphabet, each group had 60 cases. Both groups all accepted the fire knowledge and skills training. After the training, the experimental group adopted the method of peer education, and the control group adopted the method of self-study. Before and after the training all the patients were surveyed about fire control knowledge and were examined on operation. Results After training the scores of the theoretical knowledge and operation assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant ( P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions Peer education used in the teaching of fire control knowledge and skill training for nursing stuff can enhance its fire the knowledge and applications of skills.
