医学院校开展特殊人群院前急救知识培训的认知分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解某市特殊人群院前急救知识培训的现状,为实施有效的培训方法,使培训后特殊人群院前急救能力得以提高。方法采用问卷调查法对92名特殊人群进行问卷调查。结果对急救相关知识必要性、培训兴趣的认知程度较高分别占总人数87.0%与91.3%。对院前急救知识及技能认知7个条目“答对率”较低、对院前急救知识与技能的6个维度自我评价回答“不清楚与掌握较少”比重较大。急救知识认知得分及急救知识自我评价得分相关性分析,P〈0.01,差异具有显著统计学意义。结论目前我市特殊人群(消防战士、民警、保卫)的急救知识和技能水平及自我评价较低,为此,医学院校开展特殊人群院前急救知识培训是必要的。 Objective To explore the status quo of pre-hospital first aid training for the special crowd, and improve their first-aid capabilities. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 92 special persons. Re-sults The degree of first aid related knowledge necessity and training the cognition degree of interest was higher. The correlation between first aid knowledge cognition and self-evaluation was analyzed, the difference was significantly. Conclusions Currently special crowd in our city (fire fight warrior, people's policeman, security officers) first aid knowledge and technical ability level and self-evaluation were lower, so in the medical science college the training of first aid knowledge is necessary for special crowd.
